Our springtime of life and love begins here. Ema, a high school freshman, moves to her mother's hometown of Ginnezu-cho after her parents' divorce. There she met some very eccentric neighbors: A boy with a nasty look, a friendly middle school boy, a cool and confident girl, and a fluffy boy who sleeps all the time. Ema's new life begins in this town full of eccentric people.
