A threatening letter arrives at the student council. The flickering shadow of a stalker for Kaguya... Can the student council led by Shirogane solve the case?

The setting is Tsukikagekan, which stands on a solitary island owned by the Fujiwara family. In addition to the members of the student council, Moeha Fujiwara and Kei Shirogane are involved in a battle similar to a werewolf game over a treasure that can make wishes come true!

The manga is about girls who worship the student council without knowing what really goes on in the council.
