From his deathbed, Hero-King Inglis, the divine knight and master of all he surveys, gazes down on the empire he built with his mighty hand. Having devoted his life to statecraft and his subjects’ well-being, his one unfulfilled wish is to live again, for himself this time: a warrior’s life he’d devoted himself to before his rise to power. His patron goddess, Alistia, hears his plea and smiles upon him, flinging his soul into the far future. Goddesses work in mysterious ways—not only is Inglis now the daughter of a minor noble family, but at her first coming-of-age ceremony at 6, she’s found ineligible to begin her knighthood! However, for a lady of Inglis’s ambition, this is less a setback and more the challenge she was (re)born to overcome. “It’s not the blood that runs through your veins that makes a knight; it’s the blood you shed on the battlefield!” The curtain rises on the legend of an extraordinary lady squire reborn to master the blade! *Source: J-Novel Club, Vol. 1*

The series ran in Weekly Shōnen Jump from 1988 to 1990 as Jungle King Tar-chan, and then from 1990 to 1995 as New Jungle King Tar-chan. It first appeared as a short prototype story in the 1986 Autumn Special as Tar-san (ターサン?). At first, the series was a simple gag manga parodying Tarzan with single chapter adventures. At this time most chapters were only 7 pages in length and were usually about Tar-chan protecting the peace of the jungle, Jane, and his animal friends, often with comedic results. After Tar-chan began, Super Jump became a monthly publication, and Tokuhiro ended Ken-chan and Chako-chan in 1990. Two years into serialization, the stories began to run 13-15 pages, New was added to the title, and the simple episodic gag premise were switched to a fighting manga premise. Although long battles and emotional development began to unfold, after the end of these battles, the series would return to its gag style, switching back to the fighting manga style with each new battle. Although the story is called Jungle King Tar-chan, Tar-chan and his friends actually live on a savanna, and a jungle setting is never actually used.
Shioya really likes to help sportsmen, to the point that he is weirdly fascinated by them. He has a dream of becoming best sports doctor in the world, and he is already quite good at it even though he is still in high school.
Houdzuki Maika is a high school girl who, in a sense, is never alone. Her twin brother Maito, who died before their birth, lives inside her and shares her life. They trade off on who gets to live each day and share most of their memories. However, the only times they get to see and talk to each other is when they are both asleep, where they can share the same dream. Perhaps as a result of this supernatural existence, Maika is able to see ghosts. In the first volume, the school counselor pulls Maika/Maito into helping out with discovering the truth behind the disappearance of a female student whose ghost has left a message scratched into their classmate. There are surely many more mysterious incidents ahead for the twins to face!
Average company worker Shimono spends his days constantly being helped and scolded by his superior and section chief Kamijou Touka. One day, he finds himself having traveled back in time to his high school years. He sees this as a chance to aggressively approach the section chief a second time around, only to find out that very woman had turned into a girl constantly acting lovey-dovey towards him! Turns out that she also time leaped back in time to the same point as Shimono. She was under the impression that she was the only one who traveled back in time, deciding to act as lovey-dovey and close with Shimono, who she actually had feelings for at the time. Through this leap in time begins a romantic story depicting this mutually unrequited love!
