Master-Peace

Ju In-Cheol had it all...sharp suits, political connections, and a rising career as the trusted aide to Assemblywoman Lee Myeong-Seon, a ministerial candidate destined for power. But politics is a knife's edge, and one wrong move can send even the best men tumbling.

When In-Cheol loses footing in the ruthless hierarchy of the office, he's handed a near-impossible task: resolve the explosive redevelopment dispute in Songmun City's Jungang District. Failure means exile. He's ready to do whatever it takes – until he meets An Pyeong-Hwa, the quiet gym owner next door and the key to the problem. Pyeong-Hwa's price for cooperation?

"Hit me. That's all I want."

Behind that strange request lies something darker than bruises. And as In-Cheol sinks deeper into the deal, he realizes every favor, every blow, is pulling him into a world where politics and pleasure share the same shadow.
