Twelve divine musical instruments received from the gods are the symbol of the throne. And those who possess them may rule the world. Countries wage wars for them and the chief musician of the Inner Palace, Mishaal, is suddenly involved in the struggles. He attempts to flee the capital together with the twelve instruments and their players, but one of them, the magic flute Meikoku, has not chosen a player, yet.
