Curated lists similar to mal stacks

## The problem

I want to be able to have a curated list that others can see similar to MAL stacks. Community generated would be great but in particular I want it for things like Kono Manga ga Sugoi! and Kono Light Novel ga Sugoi!. Someone creates MAL stacks for these but because MAL is often missing series it ends up having items missing.

## The idea

Have curated lists that can be followed (gets added to custom lists maybe?) based on popular lists and potentially stats.
