The one-shot celebrates the 22nd anniversary of the One Piece manga and focuses on a fight between Zoro and Mihawk. This chapter is the first in a new project for One Piece titled "Cover Comic Project." Through the project, various manga creators will "cover" a chapter of Eiichiro Oda's One Piece manga.
