The one-shot celebrates the 22nd anniversary of the One Piece manga and focuses on a fight between Zoro and Mihawk. This chapter is the first in a new project for One Piece titled "Cover Comic Project." The official Twitter account for Eiichiro Oda's One Piece franchise announced that Boichi will draw another "cover" chapter of the manga, this time covering the fight between Nami and Kalifa.
