Allen Walker travels to the headquarters of the Black Order, a group of exorcists out to destroy the Millennium Earl, the creator of the akuma. Allen is already a strong exorcist and wants to join the Black Order, but he might not even survive getting past the guard!

Allen has had his heart pierced and his Innocence pulverized by an assassin from the Clan of Noah. Allen is taken to the Asian branch of the Black Order to heal. He is keen to rejoin the battle, but he will not be able to fight again until he learns how to activate his Innocence and turn it into a weapon.

Allen and Lenalee are sent on a mission to a city where time has stood still, a place where the townsfolk forget that every day is the same day repeating itself.
