Medaka Box

First Novel
Kuguhara is Medaka Kurokami's homeroom teacher. Since Medaka is the only student who attends class, Medaka and Kuguhara had lots of time to talk. He had some part in Medaka deciding to become the Student Council president. Naginoura is Myouri Unzen's homeroom teacher.
Second Novel
Eburi was a counselor at the academy. Essentially, he becomes Class -13's homeroom teacher. Mukueda’s flawed ideals bring him into conflict with the Election Management Committee and Hansode Shiranui.

Misogi Kumagawa, the 66th president of Hakobune Private Middle School, makes an unprecedented request to the new student, Medaka Kurokami. The episode of Medaka's middle school days, which have been shrouded in mystery, are now revealed! Episode 0, "Hakobune Middle School 1st Year, Medaka Kurokami!" The "final" and "first" story comes to light!

Good Loser Kumagawa takes place two months before Kumagawa transfers to Hakoniwa Academy, and details his time at Suisou Academy. This is the story of Kumagawa's one month-long battle with Saki Sukinasaki, a battle that ended with the closure of Suisou Academy and no winner.

Kurokami Medaka, a first year, is elected as Student Council President, and the first thing she does is establish a suggestion box. Since she was just elected as Student Council President, she's holding all the Student Council's responsibilities, and wearing their armbands. So she asks for her childhood friend, Hitoyoshi Zenkichi, for help.
After filtering through the suggestions, which were mostly ridiculous complaints or congratulations on becoming president, they find out the Judo Club needs one more member to participate. So, Medaka volunteers her and Zenkichi, who have both been practicing Judo for years, to help train the club and borrow Zenkichi for the match.

The story takes place at Suisou Academy, 2 months prior to Kumagawa's enrollment at Hakoniwa Academy, and shows events leading up to the shutdown of Suisou.
