The non-humans visit with their own feelings in mind. Kanoko Anzaki, an apprentice Japanese confectioner, is in a tight spot after being snatched just after her restructuring, when she is saved by Saku Midou, a beautiful man dressed in a kimono. Saku, who seems to know her for some reason, takes her to Kanokoan, a Japanese-style confectionery on the grounds of a shrine in downtown Tokyo. It is said that his late grandfather borrowed 100 million yen from Saku to set up the store. Kanokoan is asked to work at the store to pay back the debt, but it turns out to be a mysterious confectionery where ayakashi (a kind of mysterious creatures) gather. With no place to stay, no money, and no relatives, the girl on the brink finds a new job at a wagashiya specializing in ayakashi (Japanese sweets)!

Mia grew up a commoner, but after her parents died, she and her younger brother were taken in by their uncle, an earl, and spent their days as a countess. One day, however, Mia is chosen as the bride-to-be of the crown prince Albert, which brings her mother-in-law and sister-in-law Isabelle into disrepute. Furthermore, Isabelle orders Mia to play the role of a villainess and intentionally break off the engagement...? This is the start of a love fantasy between the dauphin and a (pretending) villainess who are not always straightforward!
