After that, he went on a culinary journey until he opened his own restaurant, "Tomikyu Kamui" in Nerima, Tokyo. A few years later, Sota is back at it again, this time to pursue the essence of "Omotenashi" (hospitality), just in time for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics!
