There is a phenomenon where the young who have their hearts broken completely disappear. The protagonist is Hime Ayaka who is the most popular girl in school. As such, she is a frequent target for confessions. She has turned down everyone who has confessed to her and caused them to disappear. Yet, there is seemingly no end to the boys eager to shoot their shot. With the boys thinning in number and the ordeal putting Ayaka under stress, her friends come up with a ludicrous plan to put an end to the confessions.

Hundreds of years ago, 48 sexual positions were created and named, it is the equivalent to the Japanese kamasutra. It is likely that these moves were devised during the Edo period (1603-1868), reflecting the 48 set of moves that Sumo wrestling recognizes. 48 different manga artists came together and created one shots for each different position. In this first volume, 24 of those positions are featured.

Musashi Mountain High School third grade Goshogawara is the only member of his school's sumo club. In order to take part in competitions, he tries to attract more members, and thanks to his enthusiasm and sincerity four more people join the club: judo team captain Kaoru Kiyokawa; pro wrestler Takayuki Kannai; skinny thug wannabe Nanno Ippei; and Raiden Goro, a giant guy but a very shy person who also happens to be an expert Go player. The five train together and later take part in a competition against a professional sumo club.

A fully members-only accommodation facility called "Rich Man's Hotel," accessible only to the wealthy upper class of the privileged hierarchy. Guests are offered a "guest room" where anything goes, and a "sacrificial victim" where anything is permitted. Meanwhile, the employees working there are individuals whose freedom has been taken away, yet they betray and deceive each other, living with their lives and entertainment hanging in the balance. Into this hellish stage, a man falls to earn money for his sister's medical treatment. However, due to a single "mistake" he makes, his fate begins to spiral wildly out of control.
