The game opens up with Haken Browning and Aschen Brödel outside of the Mai Tierra, they enter and explore what remains of the ruins, with debris being cleared away with Haken's Night Fowl, until they come across a large security locked doorway. Haken becomes nostalgic as he remembers that it had been 23 years since he had last been there, after a brief talk with Aschen he orders her to open the door. Unfortunately the password mechanism proves to be too complex for Aschen to hack so she asks Haken to use her "password cracking subprogram". He reluctantly agrees, and it is revealed that it was an overdrive mode that gives her a tremendous power boost, but also creates a personality split from stern and stoic young women to a hyperactive teen. Using her new strength, she literally tears down the door and they proceed onwards...then a adventure begins to unfold

Touka Gettan is set in the land of Kamitsumihara, where traces of magic and legend can still be seen. The land has been under the protection of the Kamiazuma clan since it was founded. The story revolves around Tōka Kamiazuma, the main protagonist, and his encounter with a young girl named Momoka Kawakabe who comes to stay with the clan. Commander Vearn Fixeth of the stationed troops is on guard, but the captain of the Indra, Phaeton Rah Algis, shows no intention of fighting. Phaeton enters into negotiations with Brigadoon's government to purchase the colony with a large sum of money, however during the process, the Federation Forces begin an armed occupation of the colony under the pretext they're hiding remnant Titans. Phaeton manages to negotiate with them and gets them to leave the colony, much to the delight of the citizens, thus successfully making them Neo Zeon supporters. The purpose, however, of the Federation's attack is to rescue the lover of a senior Federation official which Phaeton was holding hostage.
