The story is about a young wizard who visits the non-magical world to crack down on his company's unauthorized magic users, and a non-magical girl who end up working together to investigate a magic-related crime.
In the story, Kid has his eyes set on the "Lady of the Sky" jewel aboard Bell 3, the largest airship in the world. However, a mysterious terrorist group called Red Shamu-neko has hijacked the airship itself, along with Conan and his allies Kogoro and Ran. [ANN]
There are three high schools: co-ed Narayama High, all-boy Kashimori High, and all-girl Sakuragawa. Due to decreasing enrollment and financial difficulties, the three schools must be merged. However, those in charge of the reorganization could not agree on which schools to close and which to keep open. They finally decide to let the students themselves determine which school will survive. Now all the students have the chance to protect their schools, but which one will be the last one standing?
