Kugan

Brightly lit streets, fortresses of steel and glass, and beautiful people full of life—on the other side of this glamorous scene is where the weary and miserable sit on the streets, where one could rush among a sea of people without bumping into anyone, where people fall in love with unexpected strangers, and, from time to time, where the ordinary and extraordinary come across each other. This is the city of Kugan.
Detective Jay Yoo, an average cop keeping the peace and order within the city, discovers that the serial killer he had caught in a sting operation he participated in as undercover bait broke out. At the same time, things beyond the realm of reason begin to unfurl in Kugan.
