About Things That Haven't Occurred Yet

Dominic Regennon, the Slayer who killed a dragon for the first time in a thousand years, and the hero of an era who brought an end to the war. Because of the king’s wariness of his influence, he is appointed as the escort knight of Adelheid, the king’s concubine, instead of receiving the rewards he deserves. However, Adelheid is a woman shrouded in scandal. First, she is a member of the royal family of a fallen kingdom and now lives as the concubine of the very king who destroyed her country. Second, all of her former escort knights were punished on the grounds that they had fallen for her. From her values to her beliefs, she is a woman who stands at the complete opposite end of the spectrum from Dominic. But as his encounters with Adelheid in the study become more frequent, his world gradually begins to twist…… What he had thought was certain becomes ambiguous, and what he thought he knew slips further and further out of reach. “Just because you are unaware of something does not mean it does not exist in this world.” Source: NU
