The Illicit Roommate

After her father’s sudden death, Yoon Som returns home to a shocking ultimatum: her family's company has been left to a total stranger, Lee Muwon, and she can only claim her inheritance by marrying him.

Thrust into a forced union with the man she met for the first time at her father’s funeral, Som finds herself living under the same roof as her father's supposed protégé.

While the world praises Muwon as a devoted son and a perfect gentleman, the mask slips the moment they are alone, revealing a cold and predatory nature that Som can’t quite define. Is he her father’s successor, or the "beast" who orchestrated his downfall?

As their proximity turns into an illicit and suffocating living arrangement, Som becomes haunted by a chilling suspicion that her father’s accident was no accident at all.

Trapped in a game of cat and mouse with her new husband, she begins a secret investigation into his past, digging for the truth hidden beneath his polished exterior. But in a house filled with secrets and shifting loyalties, Som must decide if she is hunting a cold-blooded killer or falling for a man whose dark obsession with her is the most dangerous truth of all.
