Class Teni ni Makikomareta Konbini Tenin no Ossan, Yuusha ni wa Hitsuyou Nakatta Amarimono Skill wo Kushi Shite Saikyou to Naru You desu.

Otogi Yuichi, a dull 35-year-old single man, gets caught up in what is known as class transfer. The summoned heroes are reincarnated with one cheat skill each from the goddess, but since the old man was just dragged into it, he sold out his cheat and didn't get one. Instead, the goddess dumps all the leftover and discarded skills she had collected as reference for making cheat skills into the old man and sends him off into the other world. His stats are low and his skills are useless. But the old man does his best. Before he knows it, the old man is surrounded by girls and boys who, for some reason, adore him. The old man isn't completely opposed. When he makes full use of his discarded skills, he's not weak at all. Source: MU
