Kirishima Rei, a self-proclaimed introverted loner, botched his high school debut. By pure chance, he ends up saving the popular beauty Mikami Hina from a pinch. As thanks, she insists on spending lunch breaks together. But Mikami is clearly out of his league—a dazzling, untouchable flower. Rei figures this connection is just temporary; once her gratitude fades, they’ll go back to being strangers. Or so he thought—

Secret lunchtime meetups, after-school gossip, morning commutes, and weekend run-ins. Time spent with Mikami keeps piling up. Even when he tries to keep her at arm’s length, she brushes it off with a cheerful, “Don’t mind me♪,” barging deeper into Rei’s daily life.
