Kang Tae-Seo works multiple part-time jobs to pay off the debt his father left behind. As poverty slowly engulfs him, Tae-Seo thinks of a certain man. The son of South Korea’s most powerful chaebol family. And his first love from high school, Lee Seo-Hyeon. On a day when his only consolation was that his younger sister Min-Seo, unlike him, was doing well in college, Tae-Seo, feeling overwhelmed by a loan shark’s notice that interest rates were going up, sends a text to a number that might no longer be in service.

[Can you lend me some money?]

“Sure. I’ll give you 10 million won every time we sleep together.”

And so, Tae-Seo gives himself to Seo-Hyeon, the heir to the very corporation that drove his father to his death.
