In a world where guides have no human rights, the only being Shio must protect is his younger brother, Ter. Having struggled to escape the fate of being a ‘selected one’—little better than an Esper sex slave—Shio heads to the Esper house, a place akin to hell, when his brother becomes selected.

But unluckily, Sio encounters Esper, Erutio, before his brother. Sio tries to escape him, but...
