-July 26, 1950. Shortly after 6:25, American forces stationed in North Korea withdrew towards the No Gun Ri bridge. There they met 500 refugees seeking shelter under the bridge and killed over 400 people. Thanks to the contacts with the local government, the episode was passed over in silence.
