The Dragon King's Favor

"You little worm."

That's what Yeon's master always calls her. Yeon is a water snake, and her master is the Azure Dragon, the guardian of the East. A pure-blooded dragon who valued lineage and station above all else.

"You know you'd die instantly without me, don't you?"

A water snake's typical lifespan is only 10 years. The reason why Yeon has lived for over 100 is because the Azure Dragon shares his life force with her. And so Yeon has no choice but to serve him well, whether she likes it or not. Until one day, while undressing the heavily drunk Azure Dragon, he pushes her into a one-night stand. Of course, it happened while he was so intoxicated that the damned dragon doesn't remember a thing. But then Yeon finds out that she's pregnant.

If the pure-blood Azure Dragon finds out that a worm, no, a water snake, is bearing his bastard child, he will surely kill them both. What should she do?

She has to hide it. She has to hide that they slept together and the pregnancy. But the more she tries to hide, the more the dragon becomes suspicious of Yeon.

"Whose child are you carrying?"

Finally, Yeon's pregnancy is discovered…!
