A noble lady was murdered by disembowelment, and a ghost rumor spread throughout the capital. The Emperor Shun was furious and ordered the Ministry of Justice to solve the case within a month, and ordered the Imperial Preceptor to help. Ye Qinghan, the Vice Minister of the Ministry of Justice, had always disliked the Imperial Preceptor's deceitful behavior, but he had no choice but to work with him to solve the case. Beneath the seemingly perfect appearance of the Imperial Preceptor, there was also a face covered in scars that Ye Qinghan had long admired.
