Kemomimi Miko no Isekai Jinja Saikouki: Kami-sama ga Kureta Kiseki no Chikara no Sei de Matsurare Sugite Komattemasu.

The story centers on high school girl Suzuka Mimori, who works as a shrine maiden at her family's shrine. One day, she gets caught up in a mysterious vortex and is transported to another world. There, she receives a letter from the enshrined deity. The god, who was once worshipped as a divine beast but is now forgotten, wants Suzuka to serve as a shrine maiden and gather worshippers again. For Suzuka to do that, the god gives her a mysterious power that lets her perform "miracles," plus fox ears and a tail (based on the god's preference?).
