Spring. New students Ruri Matsuhashi and Kodama Hoshino decide to join the brass band club. The two are assigned not to the glamorous brass instruments... nor to the delicate woodwind instruments... but to the percussion section. While bewildered by its unique positioning and peculiar rules, their fun (?) club activities begin, guided by Rin Akabane, the only senior student in the section!
