Shiraishi-kun's Classmates

The protagonist is Shiraishi Atoi, who hasn't been able to communicate well with others and hasn't made any friends. After entering high school, he enters a special class at a rural school. But instead of being a normal class, it's full of unusual classmates. A story full of fluff!
