Kyou kara Boku wa, Kanojo no ✕✕ wo Kaishou Suru.

From Kadokawa:
Tasuku, who just entered university this year, has one big problem. He looks too young for his age, standing next to his childhood friend, Aoi. A tall, intimidating beauty only makes his insecurities worse, as he longs to be seen as more manly. One day, after being cornered outside by a half-naked exhibitionist, Aoi suddenly falls victim to a bizarre illness that causes uncontrollable arousal! To save her, Tasuku must use the cursed power he received from the exhibitionist absorbing desire through his hands to release Aoi’s overflowing lust? But Aoi isn’t the only one afflicted. Other girls around him are also awakening to the curse of uncontrollable desire and only Tasuku can calm their so-called “season of heat.” A wild, desire-filled sexual exorcism comedy begins.
