The year is 2130. In order to expand the functions of the human body, cyber chips and mechanized implants have become the norm.

Ryuu, who comes from an elite family, is plagued by nightmares every night, bullied at school, and is fed up with the lack of love he receives from his parents.

One day, Ryuu wanders into Byakuya Gai, a city of violence and crime, and is saved by Baku, a resident.

Ryuu's world begins to change when he meets Baku, who lives with a smile despite his poor living conditions.
