An office worker finds a bloodsucking vampire in a back alley, gradually leading to arousing sex.
One day on the way home from work, the protagonist is extracted from a sketchy situation. The next day, she finds the one who saved her collapsed and covered in wounds. He clearly has some issues, but she takes him home to stay with her "until his wounds are healed".
The protagonist is touched by how affectionate he becomes, but his wounds won't heal and she suggests they get him looked at elsewhere.
"It's because I'm not getting enough blood."
So the woman offers up her body.
The vampire takes on his true form, to take responsibility for the state he's put her in, and embraces her.
