Makoto's Love Starts from a Lie

Mameshima Makoto works as a salaryman, but his earnestness has caused him to be shunned by those around him. He is aware of the difficulties he faces in life, but he is unable to get around them.

I want to be accepted and loved, too, but.... In order to satisfy my need for approval quickly and in a way that doesn't hurt others... I use a popular smartphone app that turns me into a woman (a super beautiful girl) and register on a matching app on the spur of the moment!

This too-oblique action will change Makoto's destiny...?
