In the year 2014, machine-hating high schooler Akira Natume decides to take the first step towards changing himself… unfortunately, it’s right into the path of an oncoming truck! Fast forward to 2030 in the Port of Tokyo, where Officer Minami Uezono and her android partner Alma infiltrate a black market deal involving the mysterious “EX-ARM” weapons and steal EX-ARM No.00. When a foe wielding EX-ARM No.08 attacks them, they activate EX-ARM No.00 in a last ditch effort to turn things around…!
