Everlasting Love (Carole Mortimer)

from fictiondb:

He needed her, but he'd never love her

Seeing Dr. Marcus Hamilton again was an ordeal for Olivia. He had always been the proudest, most self-assured man she'd ever known. That's what made his reaction to his sudden blindness all the more disturbing.

When Olivia tried to help him, he directed every bit of his rage toward her, using every weapon he could think of to cause her pain, too. Yet he was blind to the one weapon that could destroy her--her love for him.

For Marcus didn't even remember the impressionable student nurse he'd had a meaningless fling with years ago.
