Sekai wa Ai de Mawatteru

From Vampire Knights:

Renge is every bit your every-day teenager except for one crucial detail---- she lives with her father, who's the owner of a popular Host Club! One day while walking home, she comes across a good looking guy unconscious behind a recycling bin next to the corner store. Turns out, he's a runaway who has no intention of going back where he came from, so she decides to take him home with her. In no time, Teru becomes the No. 1 Host of her dad's Host Club! She's grown up surrounded by Hosts and have never felt any particular attraction to them before, but there's just something about Teru....
