Tokyo Honey

From Vampire Knights:

All the guys who Chiho fell for in the past had been blunt with her when it came to telling her they had no interest in going out with her. She went through the same pattern time and time again that she just started to assume that good looking guys weren't capable of having great personalities. That is---until she met Yamabuki-kun. Even though his bleached-blonde hair and flashy clothing makes him come off as a bit of a player, she finds out there's more to him than meets the eye!
