Itoi-kun to Hiyama-kun no Koi

A sweet and sour love story between a handsome high school boy with good manners and excellent grades, and an overly self-conscious high school boy with sanpaku eyes. Hiyama is confessed to by Itoi, the prettiest boy in the school, who he's hardly ever talked to. Hiyama spends his days worrying and wondering why he likes him.
