Shiita and Eisei, childhood friends, and twins Kiou and Rio, who were classmates in high school, are members of the popular MeTuber group "Parasite Party." One day, during a prank live stream devised by the twins, it was revealed that Eisei is gay and has always had a crush on Shiita, causing a rift within the group.
