## The problem

Have a way to fetch statistics for a given title without having to fetch the entire title data, including both third party stats as well as our own anonymised user rating distribution.

## The idea

Add a new endpoint (e.g. `GET /v2/statistics/series/:id`) to fetch statistics without having to fetch the entire series response + also expose anonymised user rating distributions.
