## The problem

I want to be able to manage publishers, including their meta data, subsidiaries, imprints, etc.

There should be a many-to-many between publishers and series, that can carry a `note` field, similar to how MangaUpdates does it.

Later this should be integrated into the collections system

Publishers should be addressable by their ID, not just name
