Use strict markdown spec in series descriptions
## The problem
Currently the markdown used in series descriptions is rendered by markedjs with `gfm` and `breaks` option enabled which mimics github comments behavior that technically isn't in spec
External tools or applications that want to render that markdown might have issues due to spec incompatibilty. To my knowledge there isn't many markdown renderes that support similar `break` option
For example https://mangabaka.org/manga/2409/Witch-Hat-Atelier contains the following markdown ``` *Notes: \- Nominated for the 11th Manga Taishou Award in 2018. \- Won the Daruma d'Or at Japan Expo in 2019. \- Won Best U.S. Edition of International Material - Asia at the Eisner Awards in 2020. \- Won the Best Manga Award at the Harvey Awards in 2020.* ``` Which when following the spec will be rendered as a single italicised line with no line breaks
## The idea
Disable `breaks` option in markedjs config
Disabling that option will break formatting of existing series descriptions
