Bring back 0/X and X/X for chapters/volumes read

## The problem Currently MB only displays two values for series that you have in progress, e.g. 17/85. Before the UI update it used to do so for all values (and had 'out of' text in between iirc) ## The idea Display two values always (green and grey), not only on 'in progress' series. That was basically the behaviour before the UI change. It probably would need to be a user setting, since most might enjoy (and probably are liking) the current state of things more. As in for completed series it would show like this:  And for not started one like this:  ## Today No workaround atm (tho probably could fix it with a userscript if i wasn't lazy)
