## The problem

Some stacks (see links) act as recommendations for a specific topic. It would be nice if there was a way for other people to suggest additions to the stacks.

## The idea

Suggested workflow: 1. User suggests a recommendation to a stack 2. Stack author can review and reject or accept. With respect to notes, this should probably remain written by the stack author instead of the suggester.

Some stacks won't need suggestions, so there should be an option for the stack creator to disable suggestions, both when creating and later.

## Today

Make a new stack copying the old stack and then adding the "suggested" titles.
