Wrong publisher name when restoring JSON changes in submission

## Steps to reproduce

1. Open any entry 2. Click in "Edit series data" 3. Add a new publisher 4. Click "Save for later" and then "Copy to clipboard" 5. Leave the page and come back 6. Click "Save for later" and paste the JSON

## What did you *expect* to happen?

The publishers are restored with the correct name.

## What *actually* happened?

The publishers were restored without a name. This doesn't affect the actual value after I applied the changes, it's only a visual bug during the submission.
