## Steps to reproduce

1. Open https://mangabaka.org/manga/104535/FAN-FUN-Sasha-chan and note the cover is still low resolution and censored from AL 2. Open https://mangabaka.org/manga/104535/FAN-FUN-Sasha-chan/report and note a submission was accepted to add covers 3. Open https://mangabaka.org/data/submissions/series/104535/images and note the higher resolution and uncensored covers are present 4. Open https://mangabaka.org/manga/104535/FAN-FUN-Sasha-chan/covers and note that it thinks the series has no covers (when step 2 and 3 above shows it does)

## What did you *expect* to happen?

Covers added and accepted in submission should be shown on series page (like the rest of the submissions I have done)

## What *actually* happened?

Covers were accepted (as shown in edit history and the edit covers pages) but old AL cover still shows and /covers claims no covers have been added
