Way to filter library for entries without a cover / mangabaka cover

Considering New feature My Library

## The problem

I can't filter my library for entries without a cover / mangabaka cover

## The idea

Add a way to do this. One option is adding a dedicated filter to your library, another option is adding a dedicated filter to the help tab (https://mangabaka.org/data/help), I think the latter makes more sense because that's where all the cover stuff is right now.

## Today

Manually check each entry
