Planned New feature Notifications

## The problem

I want to get notified/reminded when volumes of series I follow release. Of course not all, but a select few.

## The idea

Implement some sort of setting/way to get notifications from series you collect to tell when a new volume is releasing (soon). And a timeframe on when to get the notification(s) about them
