Moonquake

One day, the moon crashes into the heart of the city, and nothing is ever the same again. Half the city lies in ruins, and in its wake, people begin awakening strange new powers. These espers soon split into two factions: those who serve the city as government-licensed protectors, and those who live among the fallen moon, wielding their powers by their own rules. When government golden-boy Kang Jin-Woong finds himself suddenly reliant on none other than Jae-Heo, the rebellious leader of the moon-born resistance, everything he thinks he knows starts to come into question. Enemies by fate, drawn together by something deeper…can their connection survive a world on the edge of collapse?
