April 1962. Now 21 years old, Yanagi Kanichi is devoting his days to training at the Ryozanpaku dojo. One day, a blonde, beautiful Italian woman, Anna Del Stoppa, suddenly visits him with a letter of introduction from Kanichi's former teacher, Funayama Sensei. She explains that she studied abroad at a university in Osaka and graduated this year. Her father and Funayama Sensei are old friends, and thanks to her father's efforts, Funayama Sensei has opened a dojo in Sicily, Italy... and so on. He wants to send Kanichi to Sicily as the vanguard instructor. Seeking entertainment to make up for the absence he suffered in the Kutan struggle, Kanichi decides to go to Sicily, but...!
