Deng Shen: Wei Chang Zhi Yuan

The story of a mortal boy named Ruid who accidentally discovers a magic lamp in a cave. He then enters into a contract with the genie of the lamp, granting him three wishes.

One of his wishes is to become a great hero, and the genie fulfills it. However, after getting what he wished for, he discovers that everything was merely an illusion, and he has no choice but to start over and strive through his own efforts. The genie also takes human form and experiences the various joys and sorrows of life alongside him. Through these experiences and his personal growth, Ruid gradually comes to understand that dreams can only be achieved through one's own hard work and determination. Meanwhile, the genie comes to experience the courage and love found in the human world.
