Ozunu is the top student at Kusanagi School of Magical Architecture, a national polytechnic high school dedicated to raising professional magical architects of the future. Their job is to apply feng shui and other spiritual methods in architecture to exterminate fiends and demons in Tokyo, where the protective feng shui seal has been broken due to wars and urban development. Being raised by a spider fiend, Ozunu has always tried to purify or return monsters to where they came from. He clashes with his rival Tsugaru, the heir to a magical architecture corporation, who believes strength is the key to everything.

Living in the high school student dormitories is first year Araki Jin, who's archeologist parents have sent him a mysterious lamp that, once polished, causes the academy's idol Zadou Sierra to abruptly appear! What's more, she is dressed in a maid outfit! After appearing, her father arrives and explains that Sierra is a descendent of a lamp genie, and that a genie needs to grant their master’s wishes in order to grow up. However, as a novice genie, Sierra cannot use her magical powers in any strong ways, and so she lives with the weak-bodied Jin making alot of tumultuous noise. Thus begins the fantastic story of Sierra, the Ojou-sama turned novice genie, and her master Jin.

Breeders, vivisection, takers, and killing... How are the lives of pets treated in pet distribution? Some pets are born to live with someone else, but sometimes they are placed in situations beyond our imagination. It is human beings who give power to the voiceless voice or kill it.
